H.2.7 Telephone Account Codes and Credit Cards

1.0 Policy Statement:
All telephone Account Codes are administered by the Telecommunication Technician to allow administrative validation of the Call Accounting System Account Code Index. Codes are distributed by the Telecommunication Technician for security reasons.

All telephone credits cards are issued by the Telecommunication Technician. All prepaid telephone calling cards are sold in the Stock Room.

2.0 Procedure:

• 2.1 Telephone Access Codes
  • 2.1.1 Each Cost Center will have an identified Point of Contact for validation.
  • 2.1.2 All personal account codes will be reviewed by CFO.
• 2.2 Telephone Credit Cards
  • 2.2.1 Eligible categories for Credit Cards: Year Round PIs, Course Directors, Senior Staff.
  • 2.2.2 The CFO will review all credit card requests before issuance.
