General Overview:
This system facilitates illuminating samples using a linearly polarized light in Epi or TIRF mode and detects fluorescence emission in parallel and perpendicular directions using a single sCMOS camera. Anisotropy imaging can provide information about protein-protein interaction or protein clustering.
