Developing a Dynamic Scientific and Academic Workforce
Each year, MBL courses attract a broad population of ~500 trainees from ~300 institutions and ~60 countries. Students are empowered to pursue science at the very highest level and work directly with outstanding faculty from around the world to enable novel experiments that test new ideas and foster a network of collaboration.
MBL courses derive major support from grants awarded by the Burroughs Wellcome Fund, The Grass Foundation, the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, the National Institutes of Health, Promega, the National Science Foundation, the Simons Foundation and the U.S. Department of Energy.
