Housing and Meals

Conferences at MBL can include an all encompassing daily pricing package that combines housing with three meals a day for all attending participants. Please be sure to check out our Rates Page for the most up to date breakdown of our housing prices.

All Conference Housing is dormitory style and may be reserved as doubles or singles, depending on the make up/needs of your meeting. Each room is equipped with two twin beds, night stands, a desk, lamps, wardrobes, and depending on your specific accommodations either an en suite bath or shared baths.  For additional housing information (as well as photos of some of our rooms) please visit our Housing Information page. We can coordinate roommate assignments to maximize the housing options for groups to 300 plus.

All Conference meals are included in the registration pricing, and is served in our Dining Hall overlooking Eel Pond. Meal packages include three daily meals with either Lunch or Dinner on day of arrival and ending with Breakfast or Lunch on day of departure.  You may also opt for a continental breakfast to be served in your meeting space or the option for a bag lunch on the last day.

Our Dining Services from Sodexo serves creative menus with local and fresh ingredients. We have selections for those with dietary restrictions including gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, and nut or sugar free desserts. The food stations include a salad bar, two fresh soups daily, hot entrees, a Deli station, Chef’s Station and freshly prepared desserts. The Chef will assist guests with the daily options.

Through our Conference Office we can work with you to schedule coffee and snack breaks throughout your meeting, as well as specialty social receptions, plated dinners, New England Lobster Boils, seasonal outdoor cookouts, and sustainable dining options.
